An Emergency-Only Plumber Needs a Site That Gets Out of the Way
The 911 Plumbers is an emergency-only plumbing company serving Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. It does not do scheduled installs or remodels - the business model is response, and the company describes itself as the paramedic rather than the nurse. That changes what the website has to do. Someone arriving on it usually has water coming through a ceiling and is holding a phone while standing in it.
ShareDev built the site around that reality. An emergency hotline sits in the header and in a persistent bar at the top of every page, so calling takes one tap from anywhere on the site rather than requiring a trip to a contact page. Content is organized by the emergency the visitor is actually having - water and flooding, pipe leaks and breaks, water heater leaks - so someone can confirm in seconds that this company handles their specific problem.
The qualifying information a person in an emergency needs immediately is placed up front rather than on a separate page: free estimates, residential and commercial coverage, the service area, and the fact that the company works with insurance. The layout is built mobile-first, on the assumption that most of this traffic arrives on a phone mid-emergency.
The result is a deliberately small site. There is no long-form content competing for attention, because the only meaningful conversion here is a phone call.
What We Built
One-Tap Emergency Calling
The hotline sits in a persistent bar and in the header so a call is one tap from anywhere on the site.
Emergency-Type Navigation
Content organized by the emergency a visitor is having rather than by internal service naming.
Mobile-First Layout
Built for someone standing in the problem holding a phone, not browsing at a desk.
