A Commercial-First Service Site With a Residential Side Door
Duct Doctor cleans commercial kitchen hood and exhaust systems, with residential air duct and dryer vent work as a secondary line. The two audiences have almost nothing in common. A restaurant operator is dealing with fire-code compliance and inspection documentation; a homeowner is dealing with airflow and dust.
ShareDev built the site so that split is the first thing a visitor resolves. Residential and commercial are separate top-level destinations rather than one mixed service list. Commercial takes priority because it is the core of the business, and its content is broken out to the level of detail a restaurant actually cares about: hood canopy cleaning, baffle filters, plenum degreasing, exhaust ductwork, roof fans, grease containment, and final inspection and documentation. NFPA 96 compliance is stated plainly rather than implied, because for commercial kitchens that is the deciding factor.
Residential services are presented as a distinct secondary offering so they remain findable without competing with the commercial message. Quote requests are the single conversion action across the site, supported by a click-to-call number and a persistent quote prompt.
The site is built on WordPress and hosted by ShareDev, which means service content can be updated by the business without a developer in the loop.
